Growing together.** The **Associate Patient Care Coordinator** is responsible to the Center Administrator and provides appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, answers incoming calls and performs other related clerical functions. This primary role provides front office support functions. **Hours** : Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM **Location** : 9801 N Metro Pkwy E, Phoenix, AZ *This position will transition into a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite 2-3 times per week If you live in Phoenix, AZ, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Greets patients as they arrive and manage appropriate standard wait times + Answers phones and schedules appointments + Running insurance eligibility checks + Answer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, assist callers with questions or concerns, and take messages as needed + Manages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule) + Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed, processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etc. + Supporting other clinics within the Arizona market + Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public + Performs all other related duties as assigned **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
