We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring efficient office processes, and supporting financial management. This role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts to maintain accurate records and reports. Duties: Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and communication with staff and clients. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with GAAP standards. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Quicken to manage accounts and financial transactions. Perform budgeting activities, including tracking expenses and analyzing variances. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy in debits and credits. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a productive work environment. Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including payroll management, budgeting, and financial report writing. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Quicken) is preferred. Familiarity with GAAP principles is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
