We are a dynamic and expanding CPA firm looking for an experienced and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping functions across multiple client accounts. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for accurate financial management. Responsibilities: Maintain daily financial records for multiple clients, including transaction recording and general ledger upkeep Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy Process payroll for clients, ensuring timely and compliant payroll tax handling Manage client books using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero Serve as the primary point of contact for client bookkeeping needs Maintain organized and compliant financial records Provide basic financial analysis to support client budgeting and cash flow management Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal bookkeeping workflows Qualifications: 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-client environment Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero required Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping Excellent attention to detail and high standards for accuracy Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
