Coordinate and assign the best-matched caregivers to client schedules using scheduling software.
Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to ensure satisfaction and timely care delivery.
Support new caregiver onboarding by coordinating orientation and training.
Assist with weekly billing and payroll processing with accuracy.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours client needs (typically 1 week/month, remote).

You'll proudly serve families in Washington, Ramsey and Dakota County, MN What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree in Human Services or a related field preferred (not required).
Experience in home care scheduling, healthcare coordination, or similar fields is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, client service, and people skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and caregiver scheduling platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
A genuine passion for helping others and growing professionally in the home care agency field.
