Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the clinical operations of Benefit Home Healthcare
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality in-home medical care services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Supervise and train clinical staff
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), or Occupational Therapist (OT) with current licensure to practice in the State
• Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order knowledge of business management, state, and federal governmental regulations
• Passion for providing compassionate care to patients
