Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and self-performed crews
- Maintain project schedules and enforce safety compliance
- Ensure adherence to plans, specs, building codes, and client requirements
- Manage site documentation, change orders, and project closeouts
- Communicate daily with the Senior Project Manager
Qualifications: - 10+ years in commercial construction (supervisory experience required)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction disciplines
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale projects
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license; insurable and bondable
- Basic computer skills; project management software familiarity preferred
