Serves as the “face” of IGT to customers as the single point of contact call center and ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction. Works in a 24x7x365 centralized NOC accountable for Event monitoring and live Game and system configuration on a high volume of games and systems across North America. The Computer Operator II is responsible for monitoring and reporting on progressive system game and system level issues and for any configuration change that may occur. You will be required to correctly and accurately note any game installation and removal, along with any variety of configuration changes according to approved internal controls and jurisdictional gaming regulations.
Additionally, the Computer Operator II will:
• Has the ability to complete the MegaJackpot responsibilities up to and including the presentation of the Initial Payment
• Exhibit ownership over the Configuration Operations workload
• Begin to work Cross functionally with engineering on application software/hardware and Infrastructure issues related game and system startup/shutdown
• All other Computer Operator I duties as required
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age and must be able to obtain a gaming card/license
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
1 year Experience with Service Desk, call center, or customer service positions
ITIL Foundations preferred

Able to type 35 WPM
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Doc U Sign and/or ACD systems preferred.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,200 - $45,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
