As a member of the Customer Service Team, your role as the Customer Service Coordinator is to help your team develop top-notch customer relationships and handle the day-to-day administrative needs of the department, while training for the next level of management within our company. This is a wonderful entry-level career opportunity! Hourly Wage Range: $16.00 to $18.00 (Depending On Experience)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Account Manager in the management of client services for CCA products on assigned accountsPerform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily customer service operationsQuickly obtain an in-depth knowledge on the direct mail and non-profit industry terminologyAssist with the management of internal departmental workflowsProactively mitigate potential issuesEnsure that all postal mailings meet standard regulationAid in the assessment of project material allowance and inventoryAll other duties and tasks assigned
