We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly. 
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
