Guest Service Attendant

The Inn at Honey Run is a 39 room Boutique resort hotel, nestled on 56 acres outside of Millersburg, Oh. We are seeking to fill a FT HOTEL Guest Service Attendant position . They strive for excellence every day and support each other in a positive way . The role of a Guest Service Attendant will assist guests with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, dining reservations, area information, room service and guests general needs. The Guest Service Attendant is the first line to impeccable, genuine and empathetic relationship building. The position requires you to be flexible with scheduling as we are a full service hotel, able to stand and or walk for shift length, bend, kneel, stoop, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift trays up to 20 lbs. Must also be able to utilize a step stool safely if needed.
