HR Assistant – Downtown

Calling all recent HR Grads! Are you looking for a great opportunity to get into a corporate role?

Seeking a recent HR grad or a local HR Co-op student for a paid internship up to 2 years
Pay rate $17-20 hour based on candidate qualifications

Temp assignment for 1-2 years based on candidate degree plan

Need someone who is organized, detail focused, a self starter who can keep up with multiple priorities at once!!

Job Duties:

• Assist with all HR administrative and clerical duties
• Support HR team with departmental objectives and projects
• HR scheduling of interviews and meetings
• Sort and distribute mail
• Greet visitors, answer department phones and route calls as needed

Qualifications:

• College student currently enrolled in HR degree program
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, a go getter!
• Intermediate Word, Excel

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5 pm, some flexibility based on school schedule
$13 daily parking paid
