Position Summary:
As the Lead Window Installer, you will oversee and execute the installation of windows and doors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a team of installers, coordinate with project managers, and serve as the on-site expert for all things installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform window and door installations at residential and commercial sites.
• Supervise and train installation crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and job progress.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in window/door installation (lead experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
