Position: Legal Office Administrator - Legal Assistant Salary: $50,000 - $70,000

Posting Location: Memphis, Jackson, Nashville, Covington, Martin, Dyersburg, Selmer, Paris, Dickson, Hernando (MS)

Job Description:

They are seeking a skilled and motivated legal assistant to join their legal team.

Responsibilities:

Corporate and estate planning experience, assisting attorneys
Interact and coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification, preferred or relevant years of experience
2+ years of litigation experience
Knowledge of corporate documents and estate planning
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
