Job Details:

Litigation Legal Secretary - AM Law 200

80-100K, Hybrid- Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports as directed.
Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in an AM Law 200 firm in Litigation.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus.
