The Role:

We are seeking an engaging and forward-thinking Psychology Teacher to join our client's enthusiastic team. Teaching up to A Level, you will bring the fascinating world of Psychology to life, encouraging students to explore human behaviour, question societal norms, and understand the complexities of the mind. Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver innovative and captivating Psychology lessons that inspire curiosity and critical analysis.

*Prepare students for IGCSE and A Level examinations with strategies that drive achievement and confidence.

*Encourage debate, independent thinking, and practical understanding of psychological concepts.

*Integrate real-world case studies and current research to enrich classroom learning.

*Assess student progress thoughtfully, providing clear guidance for development.

*Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-disciplinary learning and global awareness.

*Contribute to extracurricular activities that expand learning beyond the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

- Experience teaching Psychology up to A Level.

- Strong understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and modern applications.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for inspiring curiosity, debate, and intellectual growth in students.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 22,000 up to 31,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied

Housing:

Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided
