Job Title: Graphic Designer (with 3D Modeling Experience)

Schedule: M-F, US Business Hours (part time)

Salary: $6-8 per hour

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and strong 3D modeling skills to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to create stunning digital content, product packaging, and promotional materials that capture our brand’s essence.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging digital and print assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, ads, and product packaging.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for product visualization, promotional campaigns, and interactive experiences (e.g., virtual showcases, animations).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life from initial idea to final delivery.
• Ensure all designs align with Era Organics’ visual identity and brand standards.
• Prepare print-ready files and oversee design accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to the creation of motion graphics and animations as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, particularly in 3D design and visualization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience in product packaging design and knowledge of print production processes.
• Ability to think creatively and develop original design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Experience in E-Commerce and Amazon creative requirements is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of animation and 3D rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, or responsive digital design.
• A genuine interest in natural products and sustainability, aligning with Era Organics' mission and values.
