Job Description

Salary: 85,000 - 125,000 USD per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training.
• Any SAFe certification or training is preferred.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a software engineer, developing, building, testing, and deploying software.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana, NewRelic, or AppInsights.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with automation tools using C#, Java, Python, Groovy, or other scripting technologies.
• Experience in a cross-functional Agile team is preferred.
• eCommerce domain experience is preferred.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and API management.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
• Strong knowledge of database management and file access methods is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.

• Design, code, test, and implement automation using .NET, Java, Python, or any scripting technology while following the GIT process.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring for Hybris, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Azure cloud computing, and back-end systems.
• Drive initiatives specific to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and automation utilizing monitoring tools like AppInsights, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Coordinate structured walkthroughs and technical reviews to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Assist in the production support and maintenance of applications as needed.
• Partner with solution leads to design new systems development, evaluate new package systems, and enhance existing systems.
• Understand Application Performance Management (APM) tools and assist in deploying automation use cases.
• Review and approve use case solutions for SRE.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and proofs of concept to evaluate solutions.
• Collaborate with ITS Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure cloud-based systems and programs are secure.
• Work within the ITIL framework and SAFe.
• Actively participate in all team Agile ceremonies.
