Title:  Sr. Market Research Analyst
Location:   Detroit ,   MI ( Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite )
Duration: 6 Months

Job Duties:

• Lead end-to-end primary research projects—from survey design to reporting
  
• Analyze customer behavior, call drivers, and engagement trends to improve experiences
  
• Create clear, compelling presentations and reports for business leaders
  
• Manage multiple research projects across departments and timelines
  
• Support the continuous evolution of internal research platforms and tools
  

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in market research (client-side or vendor)
  
• Experience with Qualtrics and SPSS
  
• Experience working in a research organization
  
• Experience with qualitative research (i.e.- involved with focused groups)
  
• Experience with quantitative research- (i.e.. surveys, analyze data etc.)
  
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presenting outcomes via graphs
  
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
